Robert Oros – Spacecraft
Spacecraft led by Rob Oros – Spacecraft is a magazine and publisher directed by Rob Oros. Since last year, the Spacecraft team have created Young Creative Wales, a special edition of Spacecraft that celebrates young talent from across Wales. With poetry and illustration, sculpture, and photography; and of course, studio visits and interviews, this issue is an introduction to what Spacecraft is and will be. A space for artists and art makers, their places of work and inspiration (studios, cafes, museums, cathedrals, apartments, flats, swamps and many more).

‘Cardiff Under Water’
When thinking about climate induced rising sea levels, it may not be something that we associate with the UK. Nevertheless, these global issues may be closer to home than we think, with Cardiff recently being named as one of the most at-risk cities due to rising sea levels. Most of the climate change happening today can be attributed to the errors of our own ways: we over-consume our finite resources to overproduce things that we don’t need. These imbalances are visible across the globe and the consequences may soon mean that everything we have created and cherished will disappear under water. Before the high tide could encroach above our land, we have to act with outrage and optimism. Let our actions be fuelled by outrage, because we have let things get so far, but let our minds be filled with optimism, because solutions can still be found.
